The fragrant tiare flower, or gardenia taitensis, is a native to the highland shores of the South Pacific. In Frank's garden in Puako the fragrance of the tiare mingles with the smell of the Pacific ocean.

YOGA INSTRUCTION
With over ten years of yoga training from Maui to Manhattan, Frank teaches over 300 classes a year on the Kohala Coast. His style is a joyful weaving of the major Hatha Yoga systems infused with Pilates core work and the Aloha spirit. He offers private and semi-private yoga classes at his ocean-front studio in Puako, appropriate for all levels of experience.
FRANK
After many years as a carpenter/general contractor on the Big Island, he feels fortunate to now focus on nourishing his body and mind as a mandala artist and yoga instructor, in Puako, Hawai`i.
“After one lifetime of building homes, enhancing people’s physical environment, I find myself beginning an exciting new phase of mandala construction, to benefit people’s spirit. Building and creating primal patterns with wood and acrylic paint is taking me on my own spiritual journey of self discovery- a journey towards wholeness and integration of all aspects of my life experience.
